Katerina Rotterova - Managing Director
Katerina has founded Destination Marketing in 2007 after 5 years in tourim and online advertising industry. She was formely Public Relations Manager at Czech National Tourist Board, responsible for the international workshops preparation in Europe. Her key markets were: Ireland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Russia. She was also actively involved in the formation of BenedaGroup.com, where she worked as Marketing Director and remains as a managing partner there today.
Katerina studied at the University of Hradec Kralove and at the University of Economics in Prague, the specialisation of Tourism. She extened her studies about the Russian market at the University of St. Petersburg in Russia, where she attended the course for Managers of International Tourism. In June 2008, she finished her MBA studies at the Unstitut Universitare Kurt Bosh in Switzerland.
Katerina is fluent in English, Slovak and Russian.
Milan Beneda - Managing Partner
Milan is the co-founder of Destination Marketing and is responsible for the sales activities on the Czech and Slovak markets. He has experince of 10 years in the Internet industry and sales. Before foundation of Destination Marketing and the sister company of BenedaGroup.com, he worked as the sales director at NetCentrum and as Senior Account Manager at Beyond Interactive. During his career his was preparing the online marketing and communication activities for Vodafone, Skoda Auto, Glaxo Smith Klein, Oriflame Czech Republic and for Master Foods.
Milan graduated at the Technological University in Pardubice. He extended his studies about Public Relations at London School of Public Relations and went on studies about marketing at Czech Institute of Advertising and Marketing Communication. In April 2008, he has started his MBA studies at the Nottingham Trent University .
Milan is fluent in English.
